Meet Simone Shepherd – Founder, Educator & Life Coach

With over 20 years of experience in education, I am deeply passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential. My journey has taken me from high school classrooms to post-secondary institutions, where I have spent the past decade guiding students toward academic and personal success.

My Educational & Professional Background:

Bachelor of Education – Building a strong foundation in teaching and mentorship.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Strengthening my expertise in leadership and professional development.
Certified Life Coach & John Maxwell Team Member – Helping individuals achieve their goals with confidence and clarity.

I have had the privilege of working as a teacher, academic counselor,  academic advisor, and mentor, shaping the minds and futures of countless students. My passion lies in helping individuals break through barriers, develop resilience, and embrace their journey toward success.

Beyond My Work

When I’m not coaching  I enjoy relaxing at the beach, writing, creating content for my YouTube channel, and  reading books on spiritual and personal growth.  Spending time with my two beloved cats and most importantly, being a mom and cherishing time with my family.
